Return & Refund Policy – Flomiy

At Flomiy, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  • The item must not show signs of damage caused by misuse or normal wear.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


2. Return Costs

If the item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product:

  • We will cover the full cost of the return.

  • You may choose between a replacement or a full refund.

If you simply changed your mind:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


3. How to Start a Return

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


5. Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour, or replacement item, please contact our customer support team.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered


7. Order Cancellation
