How can I place an order?

Can I cancel or change my order?

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 6–8 business days, making the total estimated delivery time 7–10 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all UK orders.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use it on our Track Your Order page.
My tracking hasn't updated.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours after dispatch to become available.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other secure payment methods available during checkout.
Can I return my order?

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
